 Our Store was named after my grandmothers,   Dorothy Ellis and Prudie Lee Bain. One was a stay-at-home mother and the other a lifetime entrepeneur. That is the essence of the customer we are trying to reach. Whether you are a homemaker or you work outside of the home, you matter and the job you do is important. We just want to bring a bit of joy to you and put a smile on your face.

   We opened in 1992 selling mainly vintage textiles, linens, fabrics, gifts and antiques. Today we have grown to include new fabrics that appear vintage. We specialize in children's and quilter's fabrics and alsofabrics for the crafter. We cover the time periods of the 1930's- 1960's.
