   1.  Are there any minimum purchase requirements?

       No, Fabric may be purchased by the half-yard, but you will need

       to email us your order.


   2.  If I expierience technical difficulties while using the

        website, what should I do?

         Email us and let us know what problem you are expieriencing

          and give us your order. We will be glad to fill it for you and we

          will work on any technical issues we have.

    3.   What if I can't find what I am looking for on your

           website?

            Email us. We love trying to find just the right item for you.

    4.   Is there sales tax on my purchases?

            You only need to pay sales tax if you live in or are shipping

             inside the state of Texas, If so, sales tax is 8.25% of purchase

             and shipping charges.

     5.   Do you have a return policy?

             If you're not happy, were not happy. Simply return your 

             item within 10 days with the original tags and package

             and we will refund yor purchase. If your item did not come 

             with any tags or packaging...don't worry. We only refund

              shipping one way. Be sure not to allow any of our items

              you wish to return to be opened in a smoking or odorous

              environment or we can not take the item back. Also, the

              item must be returned to us clean like we shipped it.

     6.   Do you accept credit cards?

              Yes, through Pay Pal.

     7.    How secure is my payment?

              Your payment will be going through Pay Pal. So, your

               purchase is guaranteed to be secure.

     8.   Do you sell our email address or personal 

             information?

             NEVER.  We pride ourselves on keeping your name,

             address, and email addresses confidential. That is another

             reason we use Pay Pal... the site is secure and you never 

             place your credit card information in a non-scure area.

     9.   Do you ever send emails about specials and new

             items?

             Yes. We are always receiving new shipments and we want 

              our customers to know about them before anyone else. If

              you'd rather not receive these emails, simply email us to 

              let us kow not to email you.

     10.  How fast can I expect to receive my item?

              Normally, you should receive your item if shipped within

              the lower 48 U.S. states in 7 to 10 days. Although,

              ocassionally the post office is slower than we would like.

              However, we can ship overnight if you email us. If the

              item is one that we are pre-ordering for you, then you 

              won't receive it until the projected date on the web page of

              that particular item. If your item is a pre-ordered item....

              it will clearly state this on the item. We do pre-ordering on

              items that are sure to sell-out fast with us or with our

              manufacturers.

    11.   What if I live outside the United States?

             We love our International customers. Please email us with

              your orders so that we may claculate your shipping costs.
